Serves 4

Ingredients:

4 hot dogs

1/4 cup shredded cheese

4 slices bacon, pre-cooked

4 hot dog buns (fresh is best)

Leftover Chili

*Optional: without the chili you can add seasoned crumbled ground beef and/or sauerkraut.

2 tablespoons seasoned salt

2 tablespoons onion powder

Ingredients:

2 – 3 pork chops about 1 inch thick

3 cloves of fresh garlic

1 Tbs dried Rosemary

2 cups homemade stuffing or 1 box Stove-top cornbread or Pork stuffing

salt and pepper

Olive Oil

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Allow the meat to sit out at room temperature for about 20 minutes before you begin.

Barking Dogs

Hi. I am seeking advice on how to approach a neighbor I do not know about the continuous dog bark next door to me. It appears the dogs are left outside all day. It seems that they are Chihuahuas that yip for a couple hours at a time over the slightest noise.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Founder's Day Continued to Sunday

As a result of a rainy day in Melbourne Beach, the remainder of our Founder's Day celebration will be held on Sunday.

The 31st Annual Curtis Byrd Pineapple Surf Contest will continue at approximately 8 am on Sunday. And, we will continue with vendors, races and music starting at 1 pm on Sunday and continuing until 6 pm.
