Hi. I am seeking advice on how to approach a neighbor I do not know about the continuous dog bark next door to me. It appears the dogs are left outside all day. It seems that they are Chihuahuas that yip for a couple hours at a time over the slightest noise.
Any advice would be appreciated.

FZD’s are a quick and efficient, yet often inaccurate, way for lenders to keep the financing…Continue
